BUDE resident Helen Woodcock has raised an impressive £505 in aid of The Children's Hospice South West (CHSW), by completing a 'Fire Walk' held at the Little Bridge House hospice.

The challenge, which took place on November 7, saw Helen walk over hot coals reaching temperatures of 600 degrees. She says that completing the feat was 'an amazing and uplifting experience, and I am so grateful to all who sponsored me'.
