Launceston Rotary Club is pleased to report the award of the Rotary Citizen of the Year Award for 2014/ 2015 to Helen Bailey.

The award of a salver and certificate to Helen was made by Rotary president for 2014/5 John Barnes.

He congratulated Helen on her work as president of Launceston Lions Club and for her well-known efforts to promote and organise Launceston Foodbank. She leads a very busy life and has done much to help those in need in and around Launceston.
