A NEW weekly clinic to help residents manage having safe sex is set to come to Holsworthy.

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has confirmed that it will be bringing weekly sessions to the Holsworthy Community Hospital.

The community clinics will offer services including testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, contraception which includes the fitting of IUD coils, the testing and prevention of HIV (PrEP and PEPSE) and the provision of emergency contraception.

The sessions are in addition to services in Tiverton, Ilfracombe and Bideford with the addition of Holsworthy being the latest venue for the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust sexual health scheme.

All of the sessions at the Sexual Health Clinic are appointment only and the appointments can be booked by phone or online through the My Devon Sexual Health website at www.devonsexualhealth.nhs.uk
