Terry Sillifant of Holsworthy worked for weeks on end to create a beautiful handmade gift for his new King, Charles III.
Terry had previously made a similar rug for the late Queen Elizabeth II, however he never had a response to say it was received.
Not deterred, Terry decided to make a second rug and this time sent it by recorded delivery.
The rug took more than 240 hours to make and it was all done by hand. Terry took great care with this gift, cutting and trimming the design himself. He was delighted to send it off recently and hopes for a reply soon.
