HALWILL Parish Hall is in the running to win £1,000 of building materials if it receives enough votes from the public.
The hall is a finalist in RGB Building Supplies’ Well Built Community Fund.
Built in 1995, the hall is used extensively by the local community and is also home to Scallywags Pre-School. Halwill Parish Hall is up against Torquay and District Cats Protection and Lapford Victory Hall.
Votes can be cast by visiting RGB’s Hatherleigh branch during opening hours and placing a chip in the relevant box, by clicking the chosen group on the poll that will be at the top of RGB’s Facebook page, or by emailing [email protected] and putting the name of the group being voted for in the subject line.

The vote will take place from Monday, November 27, until midnight on Sunday, December 10.
Votes cast outside these dates will not be counted.
Only one vote per person via each method of voting will be counted.
The winner of the £1,000 of building materials will be the group that receives the most votes.
