THE growing success of Trevor Tucker’s fundraising initiative has seen five charities benefit from the sale of his plants.

Trevor from Whitstone sold his plants at Whitstone Stores and Pendeen car boot sales during May this year.

Funds raised totalled £1,601.50, which will be divided between the following charities: Cancer Research UK: £901.50; Children’s Hospice South West: £500; Great Ormond St Hospital: £100; Epilepsy Action: £50; RNIB: £50.

Trevor expressed thanks to everyone who kindly supported him in anyway and now looks forward to the next plant sale, starting in May 2016, with the hope of raising similar amounts for charity.
