ALMOST 800 letters of support or objection have been submitted to Cornwall Council in response to the Big Field Wind Farm, at Week St Mary.
Good Energy, the renewable energy development company which operates the Delabole Wind Farm, submitted plans for eleven wind turbines measuring 125m-high in February.
The wind turbines would span five parishes — Week St Mary, Canworthy Water, Jacobstow, Warbstow, North Petherwin and Whitstone.
Hundreds of residents have objected to the proposal, which forms part of a greater renewable scheme incorporating an outdoor learning centre and, possibly in the future, an 80-acre solar farm.
