FISHERMAN'S Friends have tested out their sound equipment for the first time in a year as they prepare for their summer line up.
The popular Port Isaac sea shanty group meets most weeks to practise at Port Isaac Church Hall and have been learning new songs.
The group is being welcomed back to the music scene following the tragic deaths of member Trevor Grills and group promoter Paul McMullen in February last year.
The group sang live at Rick Stein's Beer and Mussel Festival at St Merryn on March 8 and 9, and will be starting their annual singing on the Platt, Port Isaac, most Fridays from Spring Bank Holiday. The Friends' Facebook page will be updated as to when they will sing.
