'A' Team won (5pts) 64-50 at home to Bodmin 'B' (0pts): A O'Callaghan, J Ford, S Gambriel, Steve Jones 22-20; R Yeomans, A Butler, C Gardiner, C Vickery 19-17; K Smith, H Reece-Pinchin, K Page, G Perkins 23-13.
They also won (5pts) 72-40 away to Dunheved A (0pts): A O'Callaghan, J Ford, S Gambriel, Steve Jones; R Yeomans, A Butler, C Gardiner, C Vickery; K Smith, H Reece-Pinchin, K Page, G Perkins.
County Top Team — Lost 0-5 at home to Saltash. This was their first white wash in a Top Team for a very long time: 2 Wood Singles, S Gambriel 13-14; 4 Wood Singles, Steve Jones 15-21; Pairs, C Gardiner and C Vickery 15-24 at 19 ends; Triples, K Smith, H Reece-Pinchin, K Page 9-17 at 15 ends; Rink, A O'Callaghan, A Butler, J Ford, G Perkins 14-28.
Charity cup — This was played on Bank Holiday Monday and was organised by the competition committee, raising £70 to be donated to the winners' choice of charity. After an enjoyable drive the winners were Trish Dixon, Sid Jones and Ken Smith who selected the Precious Lives Appeal as the charity to benefit this year. Thanks go to the ladies who supplied the delicious tea and to the men for supplying the raffle prizes.

National Triples — Congratulations to Trish Dixon, Fran Goldthorp and Ann Reece-Pinchin on reaching the County Quarter-Finals of the National Triples which will be played at Redruth on June 11. They defeated a team from Stratton, one from Bodmin and two teams from Liskeard. Good luck at Redruth.
