PORTREEVE Russell Dymond presented a certificate to Fernley Jasper at last week's Wednesday Market (July 6). The certificate was presented to him for recognition of the 48 years that he has been selling plants and trees at the town's pannier market. Fernley, who runs Medrow Nursery at Polyphant, said he was surprised to receive it and "didn't know anything about it."
