BUDE girl Daisy Gregory met a Government Minister while she enjoyed activities at the Calvert Trust Exmoor.

Daisy Gregory, 10, a regular visitor to the Calvert Trust centre and a future Paralympic hopeful in dressage, gave a demonstration of the giant swing with the help of the trust's activities team to Minister for Disabled People Mike Harper.

Daisy also showed the Minister photos of other activities she is involved in, both at Calvert Trust Exmoor and with Bude Surf Life Saving Club.

Calvert Trust Exmoor chief executive Tony Potter led the Minister on a tour of the centre accompanied by Dr Tom Bigge, Chair of Trustees for Calvert Trust Exmoor, and Lady Acland, president of The Calvert Trust.
