AN AFTERNOON of cream teas and train rides at St Teath was blessed with glorious sunshine on Sunday afternoon. The annual event, organised by the Delabole branch of the Royal British Legion, was well supported and the 'tea ladies' were kept busy throughout, taking orders for cream teas, gateau and strawberries. As well as the delicious refreshments on offer, there were train rides for the children (and young at heart adults) as well as a raffle, tombola and cake stall. There were also a number of model trains on display. For the full report, and a round up of the area news and sport, see this week's edition of the Post.
