Little China, a takeaway at 23 Church Street, Mevagissey, St Austell, Cornwall was given the minimum score after assessment on November 30, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Cornwall's 408 takeaways with ratings, 282 (69%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
