SUNDAY saw the first 'STOP' (Save The Old Pool) public meeting, with over 100 people attending at the Parkhouse Centre, Bude.

In addition to residents from Bude and Stratton, other supporters came from places further afield, such as Padstow, Launceston and parts of Devon.

North Cornwall MP Dan Rogerson was also present.
