THERE were some savoury treats on offer when Delabole Carnival Committee held their fundraising event of a Big Breakfast held at the Delabole Methodist Church on Saturday, April 12 and managed to raise a grand total of £660, along with donations for carnival funds.

The event saw 141 people come flowing through the doors, which kept the six kitchen volunteers extremely busy providing a total of 39 mega breakfasts, 80 big breakfasts and 12 bacon baps.
