CORNWALL Council's Strategic Planning Committee will discuss the application for change of use at a Poundstock farm at its meeting on Thursday, August 29.

The proposed change of use (30 years) from agriculture to agriculture and solar photovoltaic farm at Creathorne Farm includes associated erection of static arrays of photovoltaic panels together with one cabin to contain a transformer and inverter cabinets and one cabin to house a substation, perimeter fencing and gates.

The application was submitted by Good Energy Generation Ltd in January.
