PA23/01353: A change of use application for a residential annexe into a residential dwelling for a property in Bude has been approved by Cornwall Council.

Ms Jane Briggs applied to the local authority for the work at her property known as Rosenbill, Valley Road, Bude.

Cornwall Council agreed to the change of use without applying additional conditions other than the standard requirements.
