BUDE Town Neighbourhood Policing Team have reminded all residents of Bude, Stratton and Poughill about the forthcoming PACT Meeting to be held at Bude Rugby Club on July 8.

PACT represents Partners and Communities Together and it is a method, which allows the Police and partner agencies to engage with the community. A PACT meeting is the public's opportunity to raise their neighbourhood concerns to the relevant partners at the meeting in order to raise three local priorities to be worked towards.

At this upcoming meeting, PC Dave Monkton, who is the Bude, Stratton and Poughill Neighbourhood Beat Manager will give updates as to work that has been undertaken towards the current priorities.

PACT postcards are a way of collecting neighbourhood concerns, in order to define PACT priorities. Up until the meeting these postcards will be readily available at Bude Police Station and from local officers for residents to complete.

Alternatively, you can phone the neighbourhood team on 01288 357502 where there is an answerphone facility to leave a message, or e-mail [email protected]">[email protected].
