THE guest speaker at Launceston Rotary Club on February 28 was Philip Stansfield, the proprietor of The Cornish Blue Cheese Company at Upton Cross.

Following a very successful career playing rugby for Sale Rugby Football Club, Philip decided to go back to his farming routes and after looking countrywide decided to buy a 240 acre farm at Upton Cross between Launceston and Liskeard 17 years ago.
