BETWEEN 7pm on Thursday, August 27 and 6.20am the following day, a farm shop in the Kilkhampton area was burgled.

Around £200 worth of damage was caused by the offender/s who gained entry. They made off with a large quantity of meat and a quantity of fudge, with a combined value of approximately £270.

Police said the meat will be distinguishable by its labels. The bacon is labelled 'The Cornish Farmhouse Bacon Company' and the lamb and beef are labelled with the name of the farm shop.
