THIS year at ‘Light Up Bude’, the Year 12 photography students ran a very successful live photo booth charity event supporting local children in need, raising a total of £200.
These donations are directly supporting and sponsoring children and families of Little Benny and Corey Alway, as well as Muscular Dystrophy UK and the Bude Food Hub.
Budehaven art department expressed thanks to Ministry of Signs for sponsoring the event and creating fabulous boards promoting it.
Colin Danks, owner of The Clip Joint, very kindly provided the school with a space to run the event, which was also greatly appreciated.
A spokesperson said:?“Most importantly, none of it would be possible without the support of everyone in the local community: the enthusiasm of the staff, parents and pupils at Budehaven Community School, with their dedication in making this event a great success.”
