A TEACHER from Poughill, who calls herself "a child at heart" is to embark on a 309-mile runs around the entire Cornish Coastal Path in nine days.
On Saturday, July 14, I, Sabine McLean-Thorne will begin the 309-mile run around the entire Cornish Coastal Path from Hartland Point, Cornwall, to Plymouth to raise funds for Save the Children, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Smith-Magenis Syndrome Foundation UK and St Petroc's School.
She told the 'Post': "On the Saturday morning, I will start the very first leg of a run that will eventually take me to Plymouth Hoe following the South West National Trail Path.
"Each day I will run 30 to 33 miles in three 10-mile legs; one in the early morning, one mid-morning and one in the afternoon.
"I am doing this to raise awareness and funds for four charities that are close to my heart."
