The Kitchen Front in Bude will be turned into a vintage tea room on Remembrance Day (Tuesday, November 11) to raise funds for The Royal British Legion.

Following the two minute silence at 11am, The team room will open at 11.30am until 4pm. They will be offering a ration menu of sandwiches, afternoon teas and delicious home made cakes, most of which are original WWII recipes.

Every penny will go to the RBL as all payments/donations will go straight into the the RBL collection pot. Cash payments accepted or there is a QR code on the collection pot to pay on your mobile.

Every Remembrance, the shop have been involved in creating community events each year, from Poppy Wave, ceramic poppies and "The Fallen" Sand Art where the community created 1000 fallen shadows on Summerleaze Beach using real people to draw around.
