Where previously residents could attend at their leisure, Cornwall Council recently introduced a booking system to several sites, including Launceston and Bude.
Following the introduction however, a number of residents have expressed their frustration, calling the change unnecessary.
In a letter to the Post, one resident, Mr Roger Orchard said: “There is widespread bewilderment among Bude HWRC users regarding the necessity of this trial. It seems the council is attempting to solve a problem that doesn’t exist.”
