BUDE Police are reporting that a number of high value, half eternity, rings have been stolen from a jewellers in Bude.

This theft occurred on Saturday, where a tray of 13 rings were taken from a display unit. They contain a mixture of white and yellow coloured 9ct gold rings, some with emeralds and diamonds set in them.

A police spokesman said: "These are high value rings and may be offered for sale in the local area."
