MEMBERS of The Prince's Trust in Bude have been busy recently, carrying out as number of beach cleans in the area.

On February 23, the team took part in a beach clean at Widemouth Bay and the following day they went to Summerleaze. On February 25 they headed to Crooklets and the next day they spent time cleaning again at Widemouth and Crooklets, leading to Northcott Beach. They ended their beach clean week on February 27 by

carrying out more work at the area from Crooklets to Northcott.

The Bude group consists of 14 people, aged between 16 and 25, and is run by Torridge Training Services. The course helps young

people build their confidence by working as part of a team.

The transformation of the Prince's Trust room at their Kings Hill Industrial Estate home has begun, but unfortunately the group ran out of the paint which had been donated by the Torridge Training Services.
