Bude Police are continuing their engagement with members of the community in the build-up to Partners And Communities Together (PACT) meetings to be held during June. Officers from Bude Police Neighbourhood Team braved the weather at a re-enactment of The Battle Of Stamford Hill, Stratton, on May 16 and 17. Neighbourhood Beat Managers, PCSOs, Special Constables and Bude's Station Enquiry Officer attended the event and spoke with visitors at a Devon and Cornwall Police stall within the grounds. The priorities of those spoken to were recorded and will be taken to two PACT meetings, which are being arranged. This process is being carried out in order that people living in, visiting and working with the Bude town and Bude rural areas can have their say in the area and work in partnership with each other to address the issues faced. Anyone wishing to discuss this process or have their views recorded, can contact Bude Neighbourhood Team on 01288 357502 or email [email protected]">[email protected].
