Peggy and Ted Timms opened their garden for two hours in Ocean View Road, Bude, in aid of ShelterBox for the third year running. There were cakes on sale, a draw with many donated prizes; the entry price covered tea and coffee with home-made cake. There was a profit of nearly £850 which, with other donations and a 5p collection, was boosted to a total of £1,000!
