A BUDE man who was caught supplying Class B drugs was discharged

conditionally for three years at Liskeard Magistrates' Court on March 6.

Jamie William Betts, aged 20 of Agnes Close, Bude pleaded guilty to supplying 4.1 grams of cannabis, a controlled drug of Class B, at Bude on February 13.

He was discharged

conditionally for three years and ordered to pay £30 Crown Prosecution Service costs. The cannabis was

forfeited and destroyed.
