THE BUDE and Stratton Committee of Cancer Research Uk is celebrating raising £30,000 this year for the cause.

Dawn Harrison, On behalf of Cancer Research UK, says a huge thank you to the local community of Bude and Stratton and a special thankyou to Ray Shaddick and all the Bude & Stratton Committee for their hard work and many hours they have given raising £30,000 for CRUK this year.

"£30,000 is a tremendous amount to raise in one year in support of Cancer Research UK, and it is only through this continued support that CRUK is able to continue the battle against cancer, making breakthroughs that make a real difference to cancer patients across the world."
