A BUS service connecting Bude and Wadebridge is set to see a reduction in journeys under new changes to the route’s timetable.

Transport for Cornwall has announced a swathe of changes to its timetables set to come into force in the coming weeks. As part of this, services across the region are set to see changes, ranging from cuts to time adjustments.

Among routes impacted by these changes is the 95 bus services between Bude and Wadebridge. The service travels from Bude to Boscastle, before heading to Camelford and onto Wadebridge.

However, under new timetables, Transport for Cornwall has announced that the service will no longer be operating on a Sunday. The change is set to come into force from August 31, until Easter 2027.

Transport for Cornwall, the organisation responsible for the region’s bus travel, says that the newly announced changes are being made earlier than usual in an effort to give passengers time to plan ahead.

A spokesperson for the organisation explained: “From July 26, 2026, a series of service changes will be introduced. These updates will take place earlier than the usual September service review, giving passengers more time to plan ahead.”

Transport for Cornwall has also explained that these changes are coming alongside adjustments announced earlier in the year ahead of the summer season.

“The changes are in addition to the previously announced summer service enhancements,” continued the spokesperson.

The organisation has also explained that many of these adjustments have been introduced ‘directly in response to customer feedback’

The spokesperson continued: “Many of these improvements have been made directly in response to customer feedback, particularly regarding service timings and route coverage. Our aim is to better meet the needs of passengers and improve overall journey experience.”
