AS IS customary each year, the ladies of Bowood Golf Club, Lanteglos, nominate a charity. For 2010 it was a unanimous decision to fund raise for Macmillan Cancer Support due to their invaluable work throughout the community and the lives they have touched within the small ladies section at Bowood. The sum of £1,000 was handed over to Carrie Macrae, Cornwall Fundraising Manager for Macmillan Cancer Support, together with Dr Antony Nash, Dr Andrew Garrod and Angela Goodman (practice manager), from the Camelford Medical Centre.
