IT is an annual tradition that continues to entertain locals and visitors alike - with the 2026 holding of the Boscastle pantomime once again thrilling all those who watched it.

Billed as ‘promising fun and laughter’, the Boscastle pantomime was held at the Boscastle Village Hall with this year’s performance being one loosely adapted from elements of both the Frank L Baum book and MGM film of the Wizard of Oz.

A spokesperson for the organisers stated: “Boscastle's annual panto this year is "The Wizard of Oz* (*sort of)" otherwise known as "An Everyday Panto of BoZcastle Folk".

“Boscastle pantomimes have been much anticipated for years as they bring a local twist to traditional tales allowing the talented performers, designers and creatives of the area to entertain their fellow villagers.”
