A BOSCASTLE man who was found in possession of 38.47 grams of cocaine with an intent to supply has been sent to Truro Crown Court for sentencing.
Sam Washer, aged 26 of Tintagel Road, Boscastle, appeared at Bodmin Magistrates' Court on February 12.
The court heard that on October 15, 2008 at Boscastle, Mr Washer had in his possession 38.47 grams of cocaine, a controlled drug of Class A, with intent to supply.
On the same day, Mr Washer was found in possession of 727.70 grams of cannabis, a then controlled drug of Class C, with intent to supply.
He pleaded guilty to both offences and was committed to Truro Crown Court for sentencing on unconditional bail. The date for sentencing has been set for March 12.
