COWBOYS and cowgirls donned their boots for a 'yeehaw' hoedown at a caravan park near Holsworthy.
The fun day was organised by Richard and Linda Reader of Headon Farm Caravan Site & Storage, Hollacombe, to celebrate their business expansion and as a 'thank you' to their clients.
Country fair games, including welly wanging, a coconut shy and a three-legged race were held during the afternoon. A ceilidh was held in the barn during the evening, with music and a caller from the Celebrations Ceilidh Band. There was a competition for the bestdressed cowboy and cowgirl for adults and children.
Linda Reader said: "Everyone enjoyed themselves and donations were given in aid of Devon Air Ambulance and Tarka Radio whose Outside Events Unit supported the day."
Donations raised £200 for the two causes.
