To celebrate National Book Week, which ran from October 4 to 10, the pupils and the staff of Tintagel Primary School took part in a fancy dress day, dressing as their favourite book characters. A parade was held in the hall and two children from each class were presented with a certificate for the best dresses character.
The winning children of each class are pictured above, with staff members, from left: Bo Simpson and Noah Layland-Stratfield (Class 1), Hannah Slade and Arabella Spencer-Murphy (Class 2), Megan May and Sam Lowles (Class 3) and Lucy Davies and Fin Larratt (Class 4). At the back are some of the staff members: Vicki Tremain (teaching assistant), Dawn Gabriel (teaching assistant), Emma Reynolds (teaching assistant) and Debbie Lambert (teacher).
