THE body of a man was found in a container on the Newport Industrial Estate in Launceston at around 1.20pm on Tuesday, police reported.

Police said they do not believe there were any suspicious circumstances surrounding the incident.
He has been identified as Peter Wicks from Launceston. Mr Wicks, aged 24, was missing since the early hours of Friday, January 29.
Officers are in the process of tracking his whereabouts between January 29 and February 2, and they have asked for any sightings by the public to be reported to them on 08452 777444, quoting log number 55/29/01/10.
