A RESTAURANT near Bude was unrecognisable after it was transformed into a Hallowe'en haven last week.

A 'very' scary evening was had at the Weir Bistro, when 60 children and their families joined in spooky activities.

A trail through the woods in the dark, past witches' dens, a chase by ghoulish figures, nasty surprises behind bushes and tormented souls lurking in sheds, surrounded by sighs and screams set a realistic backdrop for the evening.
