STUNNING gold illumination by Exeter artist Judith Richardson-Dawes has been especially executed to celebrate the renovation of poet Charles Causley's house, Cyprus Well, in Launceston. Judith said she was thrilled to be commissioned by The Charles Causley Trust: "I have always admired his work. I grew up knowing Causley's poems, but then I believed them to be traditional rhymes." The celebration will see the unveiling of Judith's work, at Launceston Town Hall on Monday, July 7. The event will be hosted by The Charles Causley Trust and its patron, the former Poet Laureate, Sir Andrew Motion.
