DELIGHTED with the £340 auction price achieved for the Stratton Hospital £1m Fund by the print 'Children fishing on the Clapper Bridge,' artist Philip Jackson is presenting another print as the star prize in the Stratton Summer Fete raffle on June 30 at Long Paddock, Stratton. Raffle proceeds will go to the Stratton Hospital Fund and several other local causes. Tickets are available from Stratton Community Stores. "The price paid at auction was a superb result for the hospital fund, so I am very pleased for them," said Philip. "Meanwhile the framed prints are selling very well at Stratside Gallery."
