A DELABOLE woman will jump from a plane to raise money for a hospital that has treated her husband.
Andrea Fitzpatrick is hoping to raise as much money as possible for the Royal Brompton & Harefield Hospitals Charities.
She explained: “My husband, Steve, has been under the care of the Royal Brompton heart hospital for the past six years.
“I know that without their expertise, care and continued research into this specialised area, he would not be here today.
“So this is my way of giving something back as a thank you and to hopefully go a little way to help them continue the marvellous work, care and dedication all the doctors, nurses and staff give every day.”
Andrea will take to the skies in Swindon on June 11.
To help Andrea reach her fundraising target, donatations can be made online at — www.doitforcharity.com/AndreaFitzpatrick. Alternatively, donations can be handed in to Homeleigh Garden Centre, Launceston, where Andrea works.
