The 72 mile River Wye Raft Race has been running for the past 31 years with over 20 teams from around the UK taking part. Ambrosia Creamery Raft Team has been entering this race for the past seven years and the team are improving year on year. This year the crew came 10th overall and were awarded the runners up trophy for an eight man crew. Their overall time was 10hrs 6mins which beat their previous best by 24 minutes. The crew this year chose Cancer Research UK as their charity and have raised an amazing £1,050.
