ALCOHOLICS Anonymous (AA) roadshow is coming to Launceston to inform both professionals and the public on how the organisation works and the variety of services it offers.

Throughout November the Alcohol Awareness Roadshow 2015 will be visiting towns across Cornwall, offering the public information on the help freely available to them from the AA.

On Friday, November 6 it will be in Launceston — anyone wishing to join and find out more can attend a session in the town hall between 10am and noon.

The sessions are aimed at those who may work or come into contact with someone suffering from alcoholism or alcohol problems whether in a social, mental, medical, family liaison, probation, emergency service or crime-related capacity — the session will also include shares from recovering alcoholics, presentations, question and answers.
