STRATTON Hospital is continuing its £1-million campaign with its latest drive to install gold standard facilities.

From bladder scanners to eye treatment, these kind of 'gold standard' facilities are usually found only in larger hospitals such as Derriford or Barnstaple.

League of Friends chairman Candy Baker said by installing this equipment, it would hopefully encourage consultants to the hospital where they could treat patients.
