THE?tenth anniversary of a successful and growing North Cornwall gig club is approaching.

Boscastle and Crackington Haven Gig Club is a friendly, inclusive, well established and successful outfit.

Notable successes have been winning the gig category of the Great River Race in London consecutively from 2007 to 2009, winning the Eddystone Challenge in 2006, and participating in the Jubilee Pageant in London in 2012.

Since forming in 2004, the club has also been hugely successful in encouraging people of all ages to join, with a current pool of active rowers ranging from 11 to 67, filling men's, ladies, juniors, veterans and super-veterans crews.
