I should very much like to congratulate Budehaven pupil Joe Munday on his column.

Each week he selects a most interesting and newsworthy topic which he addresses with a well-researched point of view, candour, and a certain whiff of humour (albeit at the expense of some of our less worthy MPs).

Much he writes about I may or may not totally agree with but it is refreshing to have articulated points of view put forward in such a bold way.

He truly has 'an old head on young shoulders' and writes with a breath of fresh air, which I for one look forward to each week. Thank you Joe Munday.
