A WOMAN’S body has reportedly been located on the shoreline off a beach in west Cornwall.
Police were called at 3.10pm on Monday, October 5, following a report of a woman’s body being located on the shoreline off Lighthouse Hill, Portreath.
A Devon and Cornwall Police spokesperson said: “The body of the woman in her 50s was recovered by Coastguard.
“Her next of kin has been informed.”

The death is currently not being treated as suspicious and a file is to be prepared for HM Coroner.
