A NORTH Cornwall arts society has celebrated its 20th anniversary.

The first meeting of the Bodmin Decorative and Fine Arts Society took place at the Shire Hall, Bodmin in January 1995. Since then the society has gone from strength to strength and now has more 200 members drawn from all over North Cornwall and beyond.

A programme of fascinating monthly lectures on a wide variety of decorative and visual arts subjects is followed by tea and chat — and on this occasion a glass of bubbly!
