TWO tries by winger Richard Bright helped the Cornish All Blacks to return to winning ways but it was only in the second half that they took full control. Full back Keiron Lewitt was again on top form being involved in both tries and also landing three conversions and three penalties.

Southend took an early lead with their scrum half Sam Arnott breaking from a ruck in the home 22, his forwards mauled towards the line and Arnott went over in the corner for an unconverted try,

The Southend pack took the one against the head however once the Blacks eight had got into gear they pushed the visiting pack in the scrums no matter whose put-in it was.

On the half hour home full back Kieron Lewitt linked with Aaron Struminski who in turn combined with his fellow wing Richard Bright who was brought down only inches from the line.

Then an All Black scrum almost trundled over and this was followed by Bright's storming tries, both within the space of five minutes. With Lewitt making a huge difference by joining the back line the home threequarters began to look dangerous.
