THE rain held off for Tregadillett Primary School's recent sports day event. Each mixed-age team created a link to a sporting hero, from Bradley Wiggins to Sarah Storey — the eventual winners. The event was followed by an array of yard games, teas and coffees and a spot of 'soak the teacher'. The Friends of Tregadillett School raised over £200 thanks to fundraising held on the day.
